Adding Opportunities

As a user, you are now able to generate proposal responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and Sources Sought. Think of the platform as an engine, designed to get you end-to-end in developing the response

Overview

Step 1 - Tagging

The questions you see on the screen are the core components of the solicitation that need to be detailed in your response. This is a perfect time to involve a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to review and confirm the foundational answers to these questions.

Step 2 - Solutioning

In this step, you will be able to create the structure of the proposal, add in necessary prompts to draft the content, and to generate the content all live on the screen.

Step 3 - Outlining

In this step, the platform reviews the generated content and traces the information back to the requirement and informs that user if they have met the requirement or not. For the areas that are not met, that requirement is highlight in red. For the ones that are, you are able to see the traceability of the specific content in the draft.

Step 4 - Compliance

This is where you are able to see your generated content before exporting the document.
