How do I create an account?
Make sure your company has signed up for GovPro Bid subscription. They will provide you with your specific company GovPro URL. GovPro Bid uses Single Sign-On (SSO) with Google and Microsoft accounts. Simply use your existing Google or Microsoft work account to log in.
Can I change the email address associated with my account?
Since we use SSO, your email address is tied to your Google or Microsoft account. To change it, you’ll need to update your email with Google or Microsoft, or contact your organization’s IT department.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, please contact your GovPro Bid representative. They can remove your access and ensure all your data is properly handled.

How does single sign-on (SSO) enhance security?
SSO allows us to leverage the robust security measures of major identity providers like Google and Microsoft. It reduces the risk of password-related vulnerabilities and enables centralized access control.
What happens to my data if I decide to stop using GovPro Bid?
If you choose to discontinue our service, we have protocols in place for secure data deletion. You can request complete removal of your data from our systems.
