Can I change the email address associated with my account?
Since we use SSO, your email address is tied to your Google or Microsoft account. To change it, you’ll need to update your email with Google or Microsoft, or contact your organization’s IT department.
To delete your account, please contact your Unanet ProposalAI representative. They can remove your access and ensure all your data is properly handled.

What happens to my data if I decide to stop using Unanet ProposalAI?
If you choose to discontinue our service, we have protocols in place for secure data deletion. You can request complete removal of your data from our systems.
Our company uses third-party AI services through API integrations to enhance our platform while enforcing Zero Data Retention (ZDR) policies that require providers to immediately delete all transmitted data after processing each request. These arrangements explicitly prohibit AI providers from storing, retaining, or using any customer data for training, model improvement, or any secondary purposes beyond the immediate API response.
